How we manage your contribution
01
Ring-fenced funds
Each CSR contribution is held as a restricted fund
in AOMSI's dedicated Community Outreach and Research
account, kept separate from general funds.
02
Project-specific use
Funds go only to the agreed project. They are never
used for general conference or operating expenses.
03
Limited overheads
Administrative overheads are capped at 5% of the
contribution.
04
Transparent reporting
On completion, AOMSI provides a utilisation
certificate, a project report, and supporting
documents for your company's CSR reporting and audit.
05
Sponsorship is separate
Brand visibility at AOMSI events is handled as
sponsorship, not CSR.
