Dental practitioners registered under Part A of Indian Dentists Act 1948, and possessing a post graduate qualification in the specialty of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery from the University/Institution recognized by Dental Council of India.
An application should not be engaged in any activity detrimental to interest of the association . He should not have been convicted by any competent authority for any criminal offence. He should not be of unsound mind or insolvent.
